Attachment Focused Therapy Through an Anti-Oppressive Lens

About Me

I have nearly twenty years of life experience as an out and proud transmasculine person and continue to be honored by the resiliency and evolution of queer identities.

I view my role as a psychotherapist as a way of undoing oppression through providing healing, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressed based services. I am committed to taking accountability for my privileges, identities, and their impact on my work and enjoy helping clients navigate similar processes.

As an attachment focused therapist, my therapeutic work with clients centers around helping people better understand how attachment wounds and early experiences of caregiving impact relationships later in life, both with ourselves and with others.
