As an anti-oppressed based therapist, accessibility and financial transparency are important tenets of my work. I spent nearly ten years of my career as an in-network provider with insurance companies with the hopes of making my services more accessible. Unfortunately, private insurance companies are profit driven corporations who consistently create barriers such as low reimbursement rates, threats of audits, poor customer service, and delayed reimbursements. As a result, I am moving away from an insurance based system of reimbursement. I believe in a functional and government run universal health care system for all and I hope to see this in my lifetime.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! I am in-network with PacificSource, Aetna, and Providence.

Do you offer superbills?

Yes! If you don’t have Pacificsource, Providence, or Aetna I’m happy to provide you with monthly superbills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, if you have out of network benefits.

What are the scheduling options?

I see clients either weekly or every other week. You’ll have a recurring spot in my schedule, meaning we’ll meet on the same day & time every week or every other week.

Do you have sliding scale availability?

I don’t have sliding scale availability at this time.

Are sessions held virtually or in person?

I offer both in-person sessions in NE Portland and virtual sessions via Zoom.

Where are you located?

My office is located in Northeast Portland and is accessible off of the 75 and 17 bus lines. I share the address of my office with clients as it gets closer to our first session.

Accessibility Info

My office is not ADA accessible, there are three doors that lead to my office, the first two are 30 inches wide, and the entry to my office is 27.5 inches wide. There are 11 stairs leading to the basement, the first two stairs are 9 inches tall and 5 inches wide. The remaining 9 steps are 6 inches tall and 8.25 inches wide.

There is a size inclusive furniture, however, it is low to the ground which may be challenging for some clients. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or concerns about accessibility needs.

Mask Policy

I require that clients wear a KN95 or an N95 mask and I will do the same. I offer exceptions to wear a less restrictive mask for clients with difficulty breathing and/or sensory specific needs.
